where can i find MORSEL treats? what is your delivery schedule?

our pastries are available at a variety of amazing coffee shops around nashville tuesday- saturday! all of our deliveries go out midday and are posted on our instagram stories.

unfortunately, we are not taking any individual orders right now. i’m sorry :(

do your pastries contain nuts?

yes! almost all of our treats contain almond flour and coconut oil. some also contain pecans, pistachios, hazelnuts, peanuts and cashews. if you have a question about allergy/ingredient info please send an email to [email protected]

what kind of sweetener do you use?

we use an organic unrefined cane sugar and/or organic maple syrup.

what flours do you use?

we make our own flour blend for each individual pastry. most contain a mix of fresh ground organic brown rice flour, non-gmo almond flour, organic gf oat flour and organic tapioca flour.

are the pastries organic?

we use a lot of organic ingredients. it does vary a little depending on what is available at the time, but organic food is very important to me personally and we use as much as we can! if something is not organic it is non-gmo and all-natural. our pastries also never contain ANY artificial ingredients or colors.

are the pastries made in a gluten-free kitchen?

yes!

no! everything we make is soy-free.
